You may choose to drive to nearby wineries or restaurants or bicycle the backgrounds. Free street parking is on a first-come, first-served basis but usually easy to come by, with a free public lot a half-block away, though at peak times you may have to circle until a spot opens up.

The Space

The semi-open kitchen with breakfast bar and stools is stocked with modern appliances and cookware. The Nespresso coffee maker is ready to let your inner barista shine or concoct the perfect smoothie using the blender. Take your meals in the modern breakfast nook for 2 that opens to the outdoor patio.
Our primary bedroom features a king-size bed, in-room laundry, and closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen-sized bed and generous closet so you'll wake rested and ready to explore.
Step outside the front door or French doors off the kitchen to access the patio with views to the west (note: sounds of neighboring commercial building fans can be heard from the patio as this apartment is on a mixed commercial/residential side street). If you're looking to be close to Healdsburg's many attractions, though, this is it. Comfortable, cozy, and cool!
The Downtown Healdsburg Nest can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, with street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Per City of Healdsburg legislation, quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
Guest Access
Access to the unit is up a stairway and there is no elevator. The unit is on a mixed commercial/residential dead-end side street with no dedicated parking, though street parking is usually available. There is no yard associated with the unit as it is on the second floor, but you have an open patio floating above the town to flood the unit with light. The apartment is in between active businesses and their roof fans are in use and audible from the patio, and their garbage cans may be visible on the street level, as could the aromas. If you do not want to see or hear - or smell - any commercial activities, this unit may not be for you. NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS OR CHILDREN UNDER 12.
Other Things to Note
Exterior surveillance doorbell cameras may be installed and monitored for general security. This unit is located on a mixed commercial/residential street and there are active businesses on either side of the apartment. Associated garbage cans and rooftop fans are in use, and therefore sights, sounds, and smells are detectable from the patio and entry stairway. Interior of the unit is quiet. No infants or kids under 12, please.
